The reservation procedure:

• As soon as we receive a new reservation request, we will send you an email.
• In the email, you will find a hyperlink which automatically logs you on into your Management Center and shows you your Reservations page.
• At this webpage you find one or more reservation requests for your hotel.
• You can either accept, decline or inquire more information about the requests by clicking on each of them.
• Credit Card details will be sent to you for guarantee purposes once you have accepted the reservation. Hereafter you have to acknowledge that the reservation is guaranteed.
• Confirmation of the reservation and the Hotel information are sent to the guest.
